Again, Ryan Decenzo and I just seem to have no problems skating.. Always an enjoyment and he's always ripping. Today was a funny day, we had Ryan Sheckler and Greg Lutzka both driving cars that were more expensive then 10 years of my salary. I don't shoot too often with Greg, but this photo was fun. We had hella homies there, and everyone was just in on the session. He cranked it out within 10 tries. Didn't seem hard so we shot a couple angles. Here was one they didn't use.

What a great trip! We just finished the Monster Magazine / DC Shoes / Ezekiel trip through OZ. This place is amazing, great weather, awesome people, unique spots.

You guys were awesome to skate and hang with, it felt like we were friends as soon as we met!! As the world knows, RYAN DECENZO rips everything and anything – wallrides are no different. The weather in Southern California was an unbelievable 90-degrees Fahrenheit in early November, and we were cooking beyond belief. Crewed-up with two Germans, one Swede, three Canucks plus the Americans, this underpass in Laguna Beach provided both shade and an awesome bank spot. Ryan was discouraged by the heat, but still banged out this WALLRIDE NOLLIE BIGSPIN with a bit of heavy breathing. The obvious solution for this trick was a sequence, and as the light streaked in I saw a great still in the batch of tries. Have you seen that 1987 Transworld cover of Tod Swank pushing? I immediately thought of that.

Arriving in Boston for some random Dew Tour stuff, I post up at Kevin Coakley and Lee Bermans house, which I come to find that Raymond, Dan Forkin and bunch of other homies are also posted there. After a couple hot days of trying to skate, this was shot on the last day about 2 hours before Raymond and friends took the bus back to New York.

We actually shot something probably a bit more suitable for a Cons ad, but I think that will be released at a later date. Thanks to Ray and Cons for hooking it all up. Oh yeah and Kevin and Lee for letting us crash. Thanks again!

Wayyy up in Simi Valley where they are still developing things, you will see spots like this. I have never met Brandon Del Bianco and just rolling up to the spot, I saw filmer B. Alton and said hello for a second. Meanwhile Brandon had just started to try this switch flip.

While standing there, I shot a couple long lens, but was planning on doing the whole setup, flash or whatever. Well if your as good as Brandon, you will land it within 10 tries. After coaxing him to try a couple more fisheye with all the flashcrap, it was obvious that this was the best shot I had. It's amazing how things you don't plan, usually turn out the best. Thanks to Color Magazine and both Brandon's for hooking it up.

UCLA! When can you ever skate UCLA!?
So we skated a couple spots around the college, and rolled up on this famous rail, which is no secret spot, it being directly in the middle of campus. I think the amazing part, is it was done with a campus full of college kids. I mean, their was no break in concentration from Ryan, considering random passerbys with camera phones and under-breath heckling, and the gym staff stressing Ryan out.

2nd try after the "Lemme get 3 more tries?" - Never ceases to be amazing. Thanks to RDS and Empire for lining this up.
