Un Momentum Por Favor

Momenutm just released a new site, with their video "Un Momentum Por Favor" which I had worked on from 2007 - 2008 during my time in Vancouver, BC. Thinking back, all I had to do at that time was film skateboarding, then head to the bar! Momentum also gave me a fair amount of creative control, so I was able to conceptualize this video from start to finish instead of trying to match their idea's. Here was the trailer:

Corey Sheppard's intro was awesome, his idea and his plan.

Really enjoyed the making of the wheels intro's shot on a Panasonic DVX, right near Washington DC, then skating with Bobby Worrest for the weekend.

Trying my hand at some motion graphic with the Momentum Owl in the intro.

Editing Mike Barkers part. Dude has such an ill style, plus the song was awesome.

The friends section was just all my footage from the months on and off I was in Vancouver. Young Ryan Decenzo and Scott, plus all the homies.

Filming Keegan Sauder's part plus intro, dude is just awesome!

Magnus Hanson was always on the sesh, having a blast. Where you at dog, miss ya!

Nate Lacoste part was great to film and edit, with a good song (picked by Nate)

Lastly the compliment I received from Kenny Anderson on the video. It was such a compliment, when a skateboarder you respect tells you that the video you created was cool. Thanks Kenny!

Adio In Phoenix 2010

A couple weeks ago I went out to PHX AM 2010, then stayed another 3 days longer with Adio Footwear.

They quickly came out with this amazing edit from the footage on the trip, plus it looks like more to come.

Thanks to Joey Brezinski, Jordan Hoffart, Moose, Anthony Shultz and Steven Webb for being soo patient with me and this stupid 100lb HD camera. Damn Fisheye!

Just got the new SBC Magazine in, and it turned out great !!!

Awesome, hyped. My first photo in Kingpin Magazine! Thanks dudes for using my photo!

I went out to Boston a bit back, and hung out with Marty Murawski, Kevin Coakley and Lee Berman, plus other Bostonites. Had a great time, and also shot this photo of Marty on some gritty Boston spot, during school! They didn't care, it was amazing! Thanks to Kevin and Lee for letting me stay at their place, plus Marty for inviting me.

Originally I pitched a interview of good friend Jason Wakuzawa to Giant Robot Magazine. They liked all the photos, and the interview was the last to be done. But upon walking into his house to shoot final portraits, they turned to me, and asked me to be apart of the interview. What a pleasant surprise.
